We have given over 800 book-bags per year for the past 9 years. These book-bags are given to children who are going back to school but who's parent or guardian may not have enough money to purchase a book bag and school supplies for them. We have seen that by this small gesture that these children get a good head start in school. Some of the items that we collect are book-bags, pencils, pens, crayons, folders, binders, uniforms blue/ white or beige for older children. We are also collecting sneakers.
